Bielsa, who is currently working on Playground Games' Fable as a character technical artist, explained they were able to "modify the 'neutral' shape of Ellie's face to a sculpt did of Bella's likeness." This The Last of Us mod comes from Alejandro Bielsa (aka Vontadeh). Having a thing for feet isn't bad, but when your company is pushing an agenda and trying not to sexualize women in videogames, it's kinda hipocrit to constantly have them fullfilling a personal fetish. Now of course most of these things could be justified with the fact that the characters are in their homes, where they feel comfortable walking barefoot, or that they're gonna be operated, or that it's easier to fight without high heels.That makes sense, however none of the male characters are like this, they are always wearing shoes no matter the situation or place they are at. During the last part of the game when Dina and Ellie are living together, you play as Ellie barefoot at some point. Ellie during the flashback of the ending of the first game. *It's worth notting that both Nadine and Cassie were characters added by Neil Druckman, and as soon as you meet them they have no shoes whatsoever. During the epilogue you play as Cassie, Nate and Elena's daughter and again, she's barefoot the entire time.

She's either barefoot or wearing sandals (at the end of the game) and most of her skins for the game are her with no shoes. Elena is showing her feet through the entire game, except for when she shows up in the island. During the DLC Left Behind when Riley visits Ellie, she's not wearing shoes or socks. Last mission Ellie is also barefoot before Joel rescues her. First playable character is Sara, who's barefoot through all the intro of the game, even during her death. Now, why do I say this? Well, in their last 3 games(TLOU, U4, TLOU2, all directed by Druckman), at some point you have to play as a barefoot female character, and there's also several scenes featuring barefoot woman and even underage girls. And oddly enough, this has been more noticeable since Neil Druckman assumed as director, could it be him? Maybe.
So as the title says, I believe someone at ND has something for feet, specifically female feet. Ok so I didn't know where to post this so I decided here, because I wanted to wait for TLOU 2 to be out to see if there was more stuff to add to my "theory".
